NGQUIP Polyethylene Gas Piping Systems
     NGQUIP offer a complete piping system manufactured in Medium Density Polyethylene (yellow or black) for pressure applications. The advantages of the PE pipe have been appreciated in the Gas Industry.
    Polyethylene's toughness & light-weightiness adds to its cost effective and reliable solutions required for Gas Distribution Systems.
   NGQUIP Polyethylene Gas Pipe System (MDPE Pipes and fittings for MDPE Pipes) are manufactured to meet the ISO 4437 standard.
   NGQUIP Polyethylene Gas Pipes are available in the range of 20 mm to 315 mm O.D. These can either be in straight length of 6 M (above 110mm) or coils of 50, 100 or 150M up to 110mm.

Material :
   Our manufactures product Polyethylene Gas Pipes system in PE - 80 grade using prime quality materials from internationally renowned suppliers.
       Polyethylene PE - 80 yellow materials is the versatile and accepted internationally for gas distribution systems.
       PE - 80 has minimum required 50 years strength of 8 MPa and is suitable for use up to maximum pressure of 5.5 bar  (SDR 11).

     NGQUIP following information marked indelibly, linearly, at regular intervals all along the pipe length.
